Contents The course aims to provide the basic technical-legal notions on the subject of electronic documents and electronic signatures, as well as on remote contracting, with particular regard to the new types of contracts (so-called smart contract).
Reference texts The material will be indicated during the lessons and will be published on Unistudium.
Educational objectives The aim of the course is to allow the student to understand you
reference regulations and to operate in this sector.
Prerequisites With reference to the prerequisites, good general knowledge and logical skills are required.
Teaching methods The course is organized in theoretical lectures and practical exercises.

Learning verification modality The evaluation method will consist of an oral test aimed at ascertaining the level of knowledge and understanding reached by the student on the theoretical and methodological contents indicated in the program.
