| Educational objectives | Knowledge of the discipline of the main contractual types functional to the transfer and constitution of property rights. The course focuses on the practical-applicative dimension, through the analysis of the most widespread contractual forms, shop drafting techniques and jurisprudential material, in order to allow students to draw up contracts concerning real estate and resolve the main ones real estate bargaining issues. |
