| Contents | The course aims to deliver the essential elements of the Italian system of administrative justice, useful for the students which are going to become public administration -providers. We are going to deal with the most important contents about the proceeding at first instance and the most frequent special procedures, which are particularly related to the topics of the administrative course. The course has a practical part, during which students will learn to write and to understand a judiciary administrative act. |

| Educational objectives | The teaching has the principal objective to offer the knowledge of the essential elements of the Italian system of administrative justice. The main knowledges that students will acquire will be: Mastery of the dynamics of a Proceeding at first instance (in front of an administrative regional tribunal) Ability to comprehend the characteristics of the action in front of an administrative regional tribunal Knowledge of the most important special procedures, which are more useful for a public administration -provider |
