Contents The main aim of the course is to critically analysing and contextualising the relationship between sustainable development, global trade and social and labour rights.

Educational objectives The aim is to provide students with an essential knowledge of international and transnational labour law, especially for careers in international and supranational organisations.

Learning verification modality The examination is in oral form and is intended to evaluate the ability to the student to grasp the fundamentals of international and transnational labour law in its relationship with international trade and economic globalisation.
