Introduction to criminal law with the illustration of the main institutions of the general part functional to the understanding of individual computer crimes. Examination
of the following cases contained in the penal code and in the special legislation: unauthorized access to a computer system; the other cases envisaged for the protection of computer security; damage to data and computer systems; computer fraud; theft of computer data and digital identity; unlawful data processing; online extortion; the various articulations of defamation, persecution and online pornography; Internet Provider liability; criminal relevance of fake news; liability of entities; artificial intelligence and criminal law. |
