Contents | The course aims to present and discuss models of management in tourism enterprises, with particular emphasis on those in the hospitality sector (incoming). The objective of the course is to provide conceptual tools and managerial techniques that enable dynamic and innovative management of hospitality enterprises, capable of offering services and tourism experiences in line with market expectations. |

Educational objectives | The course aims to provide students with fundamental knowledge on the topic of management in tourist hospitality enterprises. Furthermore, the course aims to equip students with appropriate theoretical and operational tools for governing accommodation and intermediary businesses in order to offer tourist products in line with market transformations. |
Prerequisites | The student is expected to possess basic knowledge of business economics topics. |
Teaching methods | Frontal lecture, business simulation, group work, and in-depth seminars. |
Other information | Attendance to the lectures is optional. However, since interactive teaching methods such as exercises and group work are included, it is strongly recommended. |
Learning verification modality | The assessment of learning will be conducted through a written examination followed by an oral interview. The final evaluation may be supplemented with a bonus score derived from the assessment of practical activities (exercises and/or simulations) carried out by the student individually or in groups during the course. |
