Educational objectives Knowledge and understanding of the structure and biological properties of microorganisms in environmental situations. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding of mathematical, physical, statistical and IT models for the analysis and processing of information and experimental data relating to biological systems and processes; Ability to apply knowledge and understanding of the main microbiological investigation techniques.
