Educational objectives | Knowledge of the following: - Design of educational interventions in the intercultural field - the epistemology of social and intercultural pedagogy; - the educational challenges of contemporary society: an education in the plural; - Educational poverty; - Educational contexts: family, school and community; - educational professionalism in the global context - the characteristics of the complex and global society; - identity, culture, otherness, diversity and difference; - the characteristics of multiculturalism, interculturalism and intercultural education; - the main intercultural educational challenges; - the promotion of intercultural skills; - the perspectives of integration and intercultural as the new normality of education; Capability related to: - understanding the variability of the social context and education and care practices - to make the knowledge acquired problematic; - to implement reflexive practices. Competences about: Be able to plan educational interventions in a complex society; be able to develop intercultural and relational skills; be able to develop critical-reflective skills; be able to develop decision-making skills, independent judgment and aptitude for problem-solving; be able to use the specificities of the educational profession to work in complex contexts; be able to analyze problems and work out solutions in independent judgement; be able to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired in the educational context; be able to plan intercultural educational interventions; be able to develop communicative skills; Developing the ability to learn to learn. |
